Our counseling ministry exists to give Biblical guidance to attendees of Spring Valley. All information is held in strict confidentiality, except where the law requires confidentiality be overridden. It is important to note the counseling we provide is strictly pastoral care counseling. We have a list of recommended certified counselors, which we may provide.
Premarital counseling is given to couples prior to their wedding. We will officiate weddings that have gone through premarital counseling. The Spring Valley Church may be used for weddings by members or regular attenders based on availability.
In times of loss, we will be there to give you ministerial guidance for funerals. The Spring Valley Church may be used for funeral and memorials by members or regular attenders and their families based on availability.
Next Child Dedication: October 29th
Child Dedication is an incredible opportunity to take some time as a parent to think about what will matter the most in the life of your child. It is a commitment as a parent to lead your child into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
As a part of the Care Ministry, we have a team of trained, caring volunteers that are available to visit shut-ins and loved ones of Spring Valley Church members or regular attendees who are in a hospital or in hospice care. We also visit those in rehab centers, prisons, our senior members at assisted living facilities and personal homes. This team of volunteers is dedicated to bringing joy to the hearts of those who need it most.
